Step 6: Patiently wait for your merchandise to be delivered right to your door step.
1. Buyer will need to bear the shipping cost.
2. All items will be ship by POSLAJU or Pos Ekspress.
3. Payment clearance Mon-Fri before 12pm, merchandise will be arranged for delivery immediately on the same day.
4. Payment clearance after 12pm, merchandise will be arranged for delivery the next business day.
5. If any delays in the delivery, advance notice will be given.
6. POSLAJU or Pos Ekspress tracking number will be given once the merchandise is delivered.

4. Items are non-refundable or exchangeable once sold.
5. If item(s) that has been pre-ordered was out of stock, you may choose to 100% refund, change colour or change item.
6. Please allow 2 - 4 days for delivery ( for ready stock items ) and 10 - 15 days for delivery ( for pre-order items ).
7. We are not responsible for any loss item(s) or damage during delivery ( but we assured you before delivery, all items will be packed nicley ).

Applicable for product returns/exchange: - Products shipped to are different in sizes, colors and styles from what you ordered. - Damaged or defective item.
Deadline for return: Please return within 5 working days from the time we shipped. Overdue returns will not be processed. Buyers with the above problems can also request for an exchange for other products of the same value.
Not applicable for product returns/exchange: We do not accept subjective reasons for return/exchange such as not good looking, not up to my expectation, size cannot be fitted, changing mind, etc.
For buyers who request for exchange: The replaced product(s) can be combined and shipped together with your next order/shipment and there will be no administration fee charged and no extra shipping cost within the base weight. This is to compensate for the inconvenience caused to the returns and replacements. However, if only 1 piece of item is needed to be shipped without combining other items, the return shipping cost will be bear by the buyer.
Point to take note for when refund/replacement of goods: - Shipping fees are non-refundable for all the shipping cost. - Goods returned must be in the original condition as shipped to you. - Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges.
